Rivers in the Desert, Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to strengthening families, mentoring youth, and bringing hope to communities through love, compassion, and intentional support. We believe every person has value, purpose, and the ability to grow when surrounded by encouragement and care.
Our organization was founded on biblical principles of service, restoration, and community. We seek to be a steady presence for children, youth, and families by creating safe spaces where they feel seen, supported, and empowered. Through genuine relationships and consistent care, we aim to reflect God’s love in practical and meaningful ways.
What We Do
We partner with schools, families, and community organizations to provide mentorship, creative and arts-based programs, family support, and outreach initiatives. Our programs are designed to nurture emotional growth, build confidence, encourage healthy relationships, and promote positive decision-making, all while offering hope and encouragement rooted in faith.
